Our Martial Arts Taekwon-Do Fitness Workout class offers you a fun and practical alternative to your gym, aerobics class, or exercise video. After over a decade of teaching martial arts for fitness, we've refined our workouts so you'll get better results in less time.



Not only will this class get you in shape fast, you’ll also learn the punching and kicking combinations that professional fighters use – and, you'll get to practice them in class. There's nothing better for toning up and relieving stress!

Adult Taekwon-Do Fitness Classes
In our adults program you’ll be training in the best of Korean martial arts. Learn practical self-defense and get in shape with our Taekwon-Do Fitness curriculum.  It’s a great way to relieve stress and get in shape – all while you learn practical self-defense skills.

Although we use Taekwon-Do techniques this is not a fight class. We do offer fighting in our Hapki-Do and Taekwon-Do classes. We are here to help you become more fit and to show you how to adopt a fitness lifestyle. We’ll help you reach your goals regardless of your current fitness level.
